Vishuddhi Chakra
The Vishuddhi is the chakra of unity with others and the universe. When the Vishuddhi opens we feel a great oneness like a drop that dissolves in the ocean. The left Vishuddhi gives us self-esteem whilst the right Vishuddhi gives us the power to communicate in a pleasing and winning way – a way that expresses our true Spirit.
Here is the recording in case you missed the live session or wish to watch it again:

Treatments
The Vishuddhi chakra is physically more exposed than other chakras and some of the treatments are more external.
- Gargling with salt cleanses the Vishuddhi, especially if you have a sore throat
- Putting butter on the throat helps soothe the nerves around the Vishuddhi chakra
- A drop of Ghee (clarified butter) in the nose helps lubricate and protect the nasal cavities
You can experiment with these treatments and see what helps you.
Giving Bandhan to your Chakras
Another way of strengthening the Vishuddhi or any other chakra is to give a bandhan. In our second session we learned how to give a bandhan to our whole subtle system, but you can also give a bandhan to a specific chakra where you feel a block.
Simply turn your hand around the chakra in a clockwise direction. This is similiar to simply placing your hand on the chakra and letting the vibrations go to the chakra, but the circular movement can increase the flow coming from the hand. Do this for a short while and then meditate to see if the block is reduced.
