This is a 10 week course to introduce you to Sahaja Yoga Meditation. Originally this site was set up to complement a series of live streams run in collaboration with the Indian Embassy, Vienna, starting on International Yoga Day in 2020. Due to positive feedback we have kept the site up to make it available to anyone who wishes to learn this form of meditation.
Under the menu you can find links to each of the weekly 10 sessions. These sessions provide a structured introduction to the practice of Sahaja Yoga meditation. The course is self-paced and you do not need to stick to the weekly rhythm – the speed you wish to progress at is entirely your own choice.
For a short introduction to Sahaja Yoga meditation including a practical exercise you can watch this video:
If you prefer a less structured approach to discovering and exploring Sahaja Yoga there are many excellent sites that you can browse instead of or in addition to this course:
Sahaja Yoga was founded by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi in 1970 in India. Since then millions have benefited from the peace of mind and the joy of the spirit that this form of meditation brings.
We hope you like the course and experience the bliss of the meditative state.
You cannot know the meaning of your life until you are connected to the power that created you.
